Farhad Keissarian is the Head of Degree Programmes. He received a B.Sc. from Sussex University in 1990, and a M.Sc. and PhD from Nottingham University in 1992 and 1998, in electronic engineering and computer science, respectively. His teaching interests have been fostered by over eighteen years of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in computer science and electronic engineering in the UK, Australia, Far East and Middle East Universities and Colleges. His research interests span both digital image compression and multimedia information hiding. He has published several articles in these fields as well as successfully investigated and directed several funded research projects.
