Tom was originally a participant in the first cohort of teachers for Teach First. Afterwards he worked at Deloitte Consulting on a variety of technology projects from where he was seconded to the London Olympics where he ensured 5 million items were delivered on time to 187 venues. More recently, he worked at Teach First leading the strategy team.
