Janet has a Master level Postgraduate in Leadership from UCL,  Diploma in Education and Training (DET Level 5) and has worked in education for over 28 years in various senior management roles as a governor in further education, working with schools and colleges across London and the UK since 1997.  She has a wealth of experience and knowledge on Safeguarding, Student Services/Pastoral, Careers, Student Voice, SEND, Welfare, Personal Development, Equality and Diversity, Skills & Employability.

In previous roles as Assistant Principal Student Services, DSL, Interim Director of Skills and Employability at a six form college, Janet has worked with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures to invest in their futures and to support young people to progress onto future career pathways.
