Before joining Ada as a Technical Skills Coach, Jess spent 8 years working in Education as a teacher in schools across South Manchester. Prior to that, she worked as a TEFL Coordinator at a Language Academy in Spain, teaching English to children, young people and adults and supporting them in exam preparation. Whilst there, she also developed the Youth Development Project, providing relevant work experience for students to apply their language skills in a workplace environment.
