Prior to joining Ada, Claire ran a not for profit company called HackManchester CIC, delivering hackathons (free to attend) for young people to acquire coding and digital skills at high speed. Introducing young people to tech employers, increasing their networks, organising company site visits, work experience & Summer placements. Helping young people make informed decisions about their futures & careers. 15 years ago she worked in hospitality (opening the Hilton in Manchester) and as an in-house recruiter (tech) for LateRooms.com.
