Alice is the Headteacher of Mulberry School for Girls, a high achieving Ofsted Outstanding girls' comprehensive school in east London. Alice has a degree in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews and a Masters in education leadership. She has spent most of her career in east London, with a brief period working in school leadership in southern Africa. She was formerly the Acting Principal of Mulberry University Technical College. Alice has previously been the Chair of Governors of a primary school in Redbridge, and is a Trustee of the charity First Give.
